Apprenticeship

We operate an invite-only apprenticeship program with select individuals. Participants in the apprenticeship program gain practical experience while pair programming with a senior programmer.

Topics that each apprentice is expected to gain a level of experience with, include:

• Agile methodology.
• The difference between a startup company and a existing business and how that effects design decisions.
• Test Driven Development.
• Ruby, Ruby on Rails, and Front-end code.
• Collaborating with users and clients.
• Remote pair programming effectively.
